Oscar’s Contracting – Home Remodeling Contractor

Oscar started out in 1990 after studying Architectural Design. He started an architectural firm with a partner where they prepared drawings for construction sites and various structures including: government institutions, commercial and residential developments. In time this venture dissolved.

In 2001 Oscar’s Contracting was established serving clients across Durham Region. Oscar started work as a framer / rough carpenter and also doing tile installations. Over time Oscar incorporated his education, training and experience in Architectural Design to complete full size residential renovations including:

• Consultation and Design
• Demolition
• Re-construction
• Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing
• Complete Kitchen Remodeling
• Basement Finishing
• and other Home Improvements too.
